I bought my first collectors doll!!

When I told my boyfriend that the viking guy was finally in stock on Tonnerdoll.com - he was like "okay then you should buy him". I told him that I coulden't do that, since I dont have all the money for him yet. But then he said he thought I should buy him now, and get the money later, because he might be sold out soon and then I would regret it. And he is right, I totally would regret it, that is why I decided to get him in the first place - because I would regret it if I didn't. Technically I can afford to buy him, but the thing is that I dont have enough money for him, on my hobby buget. and what is the point of the buget if I just exceeds it?  Then again I did start setting money aside for him, and I know that I can get enough by christmas. Its still a big amount of money thought, and that makes me a big uneasy about it.
This friday I got some extra money for some work I did, and that kind of money uselly goes to the buget, so I decided to set them aside for the viking doll. An then I realised that with what I had allready sat aside, I had half of the money for the doll. So I started to feel better about buying him, and yesterday I finally did it. With shipping it ednded up costing 2055 kr, which is 313 us dollars. That was quite a mothfull, and I felt overwhelmed after I had bought him. But laster on the evening, I got an email saying that they had shipped him, and I started getting really excited.

My boyfriend started looking for display cases online, and we talked about how we might make room for him. we dont have much room to spare, and he is a big doll, but im hopefull that we will find a solution. Sometimes I wonder how my boyfriend, puts up with me cramming toys in everwhere. But he dont just put up with it, he encurage me and help me - how lucky can I be?

I quess my viking will be here in a couple of weeks, and I allmost cant belive that I soon will have my verry first collectors doll.

First outdoor pictures of my Paola Reina dolls

I have not taking outdoor pictures, of my Paola Reina dolls before, despite having them for quite some time now (bought my first one august 2014).
One of the reasons is that they are bigger, and therefore I cant put them in my puse and bring them with me to the woods, like I do with my liv dolls. The other reason is probably laziness.
But I had decided that this spring, I would finally take some outdoor pictures of them.
My mom wanted to see us this weekend, so I thought that would be a nice opportunity, to take some doll pictures in my parents beautiful garden.

I put the 4 girls on the back seat of the car, doll safety is verry important ;)

Nadia and Lisa wanted to explore the rock garden

Amalie found this pretty flower. This one is probably my favorite.

Emma really liked the rock garden as well, she thought it was verry pretty.

Another rock garden photo of Emma.

Emma was pretty facinated with the euonymus, that grew up a fruit tree.

The sisters amalie and Emma, found a good spot beneath the apple tree.

Nadia thought the blood currant, had a verry pretty colors, and it smelled good.

Thats all the pictures I got, and im pretty happy with them. I kinda wnated more, but I allso wanted to spend time with my family, so I will tske more another time.
It was different to pose them, since im used to working with my Liv dolls. But I didnt find it difficult, its a great help that they are well balanced dolls.
